The Fuel & Energy module monitors consumption across diesel and electric fleets and helps you spot waste.

What it covers

• Total litres consumed per vehicle, per route and across the fleet.
• kWh consumed for electric vehicles.
• CO₂ equivalents based on the active emissions model.
• Idle time spent burning fuel without movement.
• Cost per kilometre and cost per trip.

Layout

The page consists of:

1. Summary tiles — total consumption, average efficiency, idle waste, fuel cost.
2. Consumption trend — daily and weekly trend chart.
3. Per-vehicle breakdown — table sortable by consumption, efficiency or cost.
4. Energy mix — donut for fleets running a mix of diesel and electric.

Common workflows

• Click any row in the per-vehicle table to drill into that asset's trip-by-trip consumption.
• Use the time-range selector at the top to switch between 7-day, 30-day and 90-day windows.
• Use EXPORT CSV to extract the breakdown table for finance or sustainability reporting.

Tips

• Compare idle waste against your route schedule to identify drivers idling too long at pickups.
• Pair fuel data with Analytics to correlate efficiency with on-time performance.
