What is N2E?

N2E is a fleet management platform combining live telemetry, AI-driven predictive maintenance, dispatch and routing, driver management and a tokenised incentive program — all under a single web dashboard.

Which browsers are supported?

Any modern evergreen browser: Chrome, Edge, Safari and Firefox on their last two major versions.

Can I use N2E on mobile?

Yes — the web dashboard is responsive and works on phones and tablets. Drivers also have a dedicated mobile experience.

How are roles assigned?

Roles are picked at signup. Existing admins can change them from User Management. The change takes effect on the user's next sign-in.

How do I reset my password?

See Password Recovery. You will need access to the email address on file.

How is data exported?

Most modules expose an EXPORT CSV button at the top of the page. Analytics additionally offers scheduled multi-format exports.

Is the data real-time?

Yes — telemetry, alerts and dispatch updates stream live. The summary cards refresh on every page load and key tables auto-update on new data.

What powers the platform?

The web dashboard is built on Next.js. The backend services run on the Encore development platform. See Architecture for the full breakdown.

What is the KNT token in the Incentive module?

KNT is the platform's in-house reward token. Drivers earn it through safe driving, fuel efficiency, and milestone-based campaigns. The current value and balance are visible on the Incentive page.
